THE HARBOUR HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION (HOA)
The Harbour Homeowner Association (HOA) is the master association governing the 188 property units that make up the Harbour community. Every person (or entity) who owns a property unit is a member of the Association.
The HOA is responsible for maintaining the property common ground that includes our clubhouse, 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, a mail facility, and our road and waterways. Waterways consist of the East Bay Channel and C Channel along with our retaining walls and seawalls.
Within the Harbour Community there are 10 unique properties that we refer to as our Phases. Each Phase is distinguished by their location, layouts, and/or other individual features like boat wells, docks, or seawalls.
