THE OVERFLOW LOT:

The HOA is offering unit owners the option to park their trailer for up to 2 weeks during spring (May 1st – June 15th) and fall (Sept. 1st – Oct. 31st) in the Cedar Point overflow lot near the mailboxes.

This is an effort to offer a structured option that will support our needs as a boating community during the “start-up” and “close” of the boating season and use the overflow lot.

Trailers will be tracked via a tag and photo to ensure unit owners adhere to the guidelines. You may initiate the process by contacting Lawrence Management, indicating your unit number, trailer plate number, and stay dates.

Short-term (24 hours or less) trailer parking is still in effect.

The HOA will tow (at the owner’s expense) any watercraft/trailers not following these guidelines or missing plates.
